NEVER DISAPPOINTED
My husband & I experienced less than average honest & professional experience from another insurance company that caused us to shop around. We are so glad that we did.
We were referred to Joe for a quote with Nationwide Insurance and haven’t looked back since. We ALWAYS, ALWAYS get more than exemplary service. In fact we have been so impressed with not only the honesty from Joe but also how professional he is, that we refer him to anyone that is looking to possibly change insurance company’s. The branch of Nationwide Insurance that he works for speaks volumes and apparantly holds high standards and it shows with any of the office personel that we encounter when either of us call that office.
We are lifers and will ALWAYS maintain a business/personal relationship with our agen Joe Scott.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
We have had policies through this agency for over 20 years for our home, personal, life and also commercial insurance. Todd, Joe, Sandy and Cheryl have all been great when we’ve had claims, purchased new vehicles and properties or needed to adjust any of our policies. Always a quick response to handle any questions or matters and then a follow up to make sure that everything is taken care of and we are pleased. We couldn’t be happier with this agency.

I’ve talked with a lot of insurance agents in the past 20 years, but Sandy tops them all. Beyond professional – she is smart, knows the rules, and the laws and does everything possible to get you the best coverage. | I wanted to take a minute and let you know how impressed I am with Alan King and Todd Good.
Very recently, I have had my first experience with a claim. Todd initially took care of things, and then Alan drove to Indiana from Brookville immediately to talk to me and see the problem this afternoon. I have all my insurances with Nationwide and am very grateful for how quickly these two responded, and how professional they have been. I am sure you hear when someone is not happy with an agent or adjuster, so I felt it important to pass on some positive information. Nationwide should be proud to have these two on their side.
