I recently switched my car and homeowners insurance to Nationwide and I can’t tell you how helpful and professional Amy Jump has been thru the entire process – she answered all of my emails in a timely manner and helped me understand all of the options. She is an asset to your organization.

I don’t normally take the time to write these kind of endorsements, but I feel compelled to as Good & Associates has done such a marvelous job. I’ve had different insurance companies and have even had Nationwide with other representatives in the past. None have compared with the dedication and quality of service I get here. Unfortunately, I hit a deer about a year ago and they could not have been more supportive. Subsequently, I had some repair work from natural causes at my home. Again, they could not have been better. We now have home, two cars, and two motorcycles all covered and could not be more pleased

Over the years , my go to person has been Amy Jump. This Lady has listened to my many questions and gripes about the continued increase in my premium charges, with patience. and a calming explanation and reviews of the options I have to make changes, if desired.

In the past two weeks Amy has spent many hours assisting me on my wife’s Identity Theft of Unemployment Comp. She has gone far above and beyond the effort that i expected as I was getting the run around from other areas.
